## We provide confidential consultation and can recommend novel chemistry and modifications

For example, sequences with unusual base or nucleoside modifications, non-standard conjugation chemistry, or multiply modified sequences whose design needs careful planning.

- Modifications not listed in standard catalogues: we have experience of many, and can accommodate new ones
- Multi-step bioconjugations: peptide-oligo, lipid-oligo, dye-oligo conjugation at unusual positions
- Branched, hairpin or otherwise topologically non-standard architectures
- Sequences where  analytical methodology needs to be developed
